Our
first main objective is to provide facilities &
infrastructure to take care of Terminally ill, cancer & AIDS
persons i.e. "Terminal Care Center".
Broadly,
it will have nursing care facilities & personnel taking care
of 50 persons to start with
The
basic structure would be like a general ward or dormitory -
one for males - one for females. There would be a pantry
- a Canteen, a visitor's room & other such supporting
items.
The
whole emphasis would be on providing adequate personal care.
Most
importantly, there would be a dispensary, with a DOCTOR round
the clock, to super-wise the care of the sick persons &
also to provide "Emergency Medical Aid".
All
in all, we intend to give utmost comfort to the person who is on
the death bed in his / her last moment i.e. "Death with Dignity
& Comfort".
Our
second main objective is to provide complete infrastructure to
the senior citizens by opening a "SEVA - SENIOR
CITIZENS CENTRE".
Many
citizens, leave their parents at home alone, with lot of
apprehensions. They cannot concentrate on their work, as
they keep thinking of their elderly who are left at home, all
alone.
Such
families where both husband & wife go to work, can drop
their elders in morning at the DAY CARE CENTRE & take them
back home in evening. Provision can also be made to pick
them in morning & drop them back in evening as school buses
do.
In
the center too - the seniors will be provided with food as
recommended. They will be very well looked after.
We
plan for a full fledged GERIATRIC HOSPITAL - a hospital only
for the elderly.
This
concept is already existing in the west. This hospital
will have all departments of medicine & surgery &
dental.

hotel like lodging - Boarding facility

Center - Library, TV Room, Prayer Room, Indoor Games etc.

hospital with in-patients facility for those who fall sick
during their stay.

Tie-up
with big medical institutions for Intensive Medical Care.

concept we wish to adopt in called "HOSPICE". I.e.
a place for residence with facility for immediate medical
attention.

Call
center - catering for needs of senior citizens residing in
nearby areas.

DAY
CARE CENTRE - where in, senior citizens can come in the
morning & go in the evening to their houses.
Our
plan is to have both the "VISHRANTI" a Terminal Care
Centre & "SEVA" - Senior Citizens Centre in
one campus for better administration so that we can do every
thing that we wish
to do, in a better way. Once we do our job well, in
Hyderabad then we would like to open up similar centers in all
major cities in India.
